1. About these terms

These terms apply whenever you use ThePMarket at https://thepmarket.store (the "Site") or buy from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is run by ThePMarket, an online seller of software licence keys. You can contact us at [email protected]. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean ThePMarket, and "you" means the person using the Site.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account or place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Accurate details. Give us true, current information when you register and keep it up to date.

Keep it secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.

One person per account. Don't share your account or create one for someone else without their permission.

Closing your account. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close it if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why where we can.

3. Orders, prices and delivery

Placing an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us forms only when we email you to confirm we've accepted it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was clearly wrong; if so, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.

Prices. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and include any VAT that applies. There are no delivery charges. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we'll contact you and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Revolut Pay, Bancontact, EPS, Przelewy24, Afterpay/Clearpay and Klarna. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card details. If you pay with Afterpay/Clearpay or Klarna, that provider's own terms also apply to your repayments. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery. All products are licence keys delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, usually shortly after your payment is confirmed. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder. If your key hasn't arrived within 24 hours, email [email protected] with your order number.

Using your key. Each key is for your own use and is also subject to the licence terms of the software's publisher. You must not resell, share or publish a key you buy from us. Keep your key safe: we can't replace a key that you lose or share once it has been delivered.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Our refund policy. We refund both unused and used keys in the situations below.

Unused keys. We'll refund a key you haven't activated or redeemed if:

you ask within 30 days of purchase

you bought it by accident

you never received the email with your key

Used keys. We'll also refund a key that has been activated or redeemed if:

it is broken or doesn't work

you keep running into problems with it

it had already been used when you received it

How to ask for a refund. Email [email protected] with your order number. For a used key, include a short description of the problem and a screenshot of any error.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing to them. Purchases made with Klarna or Afterpay/Clearpay are refunded through that provider. This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Reviews and acceptable use

You can leave a review with a rating and comment on products you've bought. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience.

Your review must not:

be false, misleading, or written in exchange for payment or a reward

be abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene or discriminatory

include anyone's personal information, including your own contact details

include links, adverts, spam, or anything that infringes someone else's rights

share licence keys, cracks or ways to get around a product's licensing

You keep ownership of your review. By posting it, you let us display, copy and use it on the Site and in promoting ThePMarket, free of charge and for as long as it stays on the Site. We may edit a review only to remove content that breaks these rules, and we may remove any review that does. We don't remove honest reviews just because they're negative.

When using the Site, you must not try to hack, overload or disrupt it, use bots to buy or scrape products, or use it for fraud, including paying with a card or account that isn't yours. We may cancel orders and close accounts involved in fraud or chargeback abuse.

6. Legal terms

Our content. The Site's design, text, logo and the name ThePMarket belong to us. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.

Our responsibility to you. We are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by the software itself, which the publisher is responsible for. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Availability. We try to keep the Site running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove products at any time.

Privacy. We use your personal information (such as your email address and order details) only to process your orders, deliver keys, run your account and handle support. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. We'll tell you about significant changes by email or on the Site.

Chargebacks. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can put it right. If you open a chargeback for an order that was delivered and works, we may suspend your account while it's investigated.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be heard in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.
